Rompthisway.com was created on the 23rd of July 2010 by Melanie. Originally, it was only an online fashion boutique but was later expanded in order to create this network. The webmistress, Melanie, used to be known as Airi had owned Iroka.net but it later died. Iroka.net had been Melanie's first domain which had become unactive, therefore she had to remove it and not waste money. After a couple years of being away from the webdesigning scene, she wanted to come back and that is why Romp This Way now exists.
Romp This Way was the named created by Melanie's sister. To 'romp' means to frolic (e.g. frolic in a field).
